We might as well look at another calming scene while we’re at it:

This view is similar to the one that Leslie LeVeque had when he flew his seaplane to rockbound Conary Cove, taxied up a ramp by the boathouse and parked his plane there for all to admire. That was in the 1940s. Things were different then: the boathouse was white and had a significant pier and dock from which sailboats were loaded and the plane fueled. (Image taken on August 2, 2026.)
